Q: How do I download photos from my recent order?

A: Please login to your account (top of page). After doing so simply click on 'My Account' in the top menu followed by 'View My Orders'. From there you can download your photos from an order.

More Info: Generally you should receive an email automatically when you place an order. Sometimes it may get caught in Junk Mail, and on the rare occasion it may not come through. Nonetheless you can always access your photos using the method above. Most of our events include an instant download - which means you don't need to wait for an email or anything to be processed before having access to your photos.

Q: Do you provide discounts for larger numbers of photo purchases?

A: For many events you will see a 'Quantity Discounts' label underneath the item you wish to purchase. Click on this to see the pricing when you purchase multiple photos. The more you buy, the more you save.

Q: Do you offer prints?

At this stage we don't do prints. 

We are experts in providing high quality digital files from events quickly and efficiently, however we haven't yet moved into offering the printing of images. There are many professional printing stores at your local shopping centres - many of which can be ordered online. Our high resolution images can be downloaded and taken to one of these stores for printing.
